Shell: Panels

Night garden scene: Still life with Stinkhorn fungus, Ugg boot,
Shell waveshaper (white aluminium panel) and slug

The labels on the panels are different:

  • Width/Gap: sets the gap of the comparator
  • Muddle/Side: changes the mix of the internal frequency doubler
  • Tilt: add a tilt to each of the three sections

The sockets are:

  • Modulation: modifies one edge of the window comparator: this is quite a gentle effect, more a huffing effect than a chorus
  • Input: typically a saw, but any sloped wave (not squares or pulse) will produce output. 5V PP expected. A different level will be similar to change in Width.
  • Alt Out: An alternative waveshape. This is really just one half of the wave. This output is lower level.
  • Out: the main output. 4-7VPP
